**IT Trainer**
- £40000 - 44,000 + benefits

Leading professional services firm are actively recruiting for an experienced IT Trainer to design and deliver IT learning initiatives to support the rollout of IT projects using a blended learning approach (via face to face, MS Teams, e-Learning, videosand guides).

This will involve:

- Manage the training approach for assigned projects from design through to implementation, including up-skilling additional IT trainers where needed to support a rollout
- Work collaboratively with the immediate team to assist other members with BAU and other ad-hoc training requirements as and when needed
- Create engaging courseware and digital learning content which is in line with department standards (using Camtasia, Adobe Articulate, SnagIT and Publisher) ensuring a blended learning approach for the business
- Deliver virtual BAU training to colleagues using MS Teams
- Assist the IT Training Manager to promote IT learning solutions and other IT services to our internal clients using a variety of communication channels including Intranet, Yammer and Teams channels

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Experienced IT Trainer within a large organisation and with an excellent understanding of training methodologies and learning approaches
- Experience with designing and delivering learning solutions for companies who have multiple offices
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the following are desired:

- Office 365
- Training Lifecycle

**Knowledge of the following is desirable but not essential**:

- iManage or similar Document Management systems
- ERP systems (e.g. Workday)
- Ability to create e-learning and on-line learning videos using tools such as:

- Articulate 360
- Adobe Captivate
- Camtasia
- TechSmith SnagIT Editor 2018
- Microsoft Publisher

**Qualifications - desirable not essential**:

- COLF - Certified Online Learning Facilitator
- TAP - Trainer Assessment Programme
- Train the Trainer
- ITIL Foundation 4
