**Assistant Finance And Property Manager - Hope Valley, £22,000 to £26,000 (pro rata) plus benefits**
My client is a leading educational establishment with a fantastic culture and a lovely working environment. They are located in the Hope Valley area just thirty minutes' drive from Sheffield and Chesterfield. An experienced finance professional is requiredto join this small finance team and play a key role in the smooth day to day running of the department. Applications are welcomed from individuals looking to work a minimum of 21 hours a week through to full time. The role supports the organisations financialprocesses and property portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:

- Processing invoices and payments
- To post credit card payments
- to undertake bank reconciliations
- To oversee petty cash
- Oversee the organisations donations and ensure gift aid claims can be made
- To support the oversight of the organisations property portfolio including dealing with external lets and other property issues.
- To provide cover for the Finance Manager and property manager

**The Person**
- You will ideally have previous experience of working within an accounts department and a good knowledge of working with Sage
- It is likely you will be AAT qualified or part qualified although this is not essential.
- You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge individuals at all levels of seniority
- You will either be looking for full time or part time work around 21 hours a week
