**Job description**:
We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to join our busy contact centre and assessment team in Llandudno.

**SLC offer a Blend working model which will typically be 2 days in the office and 3 days from home**.

Initial Training will be office based.

**What you bring**:

- To join our Student Finance Officer team in Llandudno you must demonstrate the following:

- Ideally experience in working in a customer-focussed role, preferably within a high-volume contact centre or processing environment.
- A passion for customer service with the ability to understand customers’ needs and a desire to deliver high standards.
- The ability to use your own initiative whilst working within defined guidelines and adapt to changing working environments, in a positive manner.
- A commitment to continue your own learning and development whilst maintaining the key knowledge and skills required for your role.
