As a European Talent Acquisition specialist, you would be responsible for growing and developing relationships with some of the world’s most interesting innovators in the medical technology and biotech marketplace. Working across different disciplines such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory and Research.

You would be joining a fast-growing multilingual team based out of our head office in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Your focus would be developing our already growing presence in the DACH region, working closely with one of our current German speakers.

Whilst no previous experience of talent acquisition is required, you will need excellent communication skills, you will need to have worked in a fast-paced Customers Service, Call Centre, B2C or B2B environment.

You will need to be fluent in German, both written and verbal and previous experience of project managing, selling or negotiating would also be advantageous.

These individuals lead their own divisions and teams, whilst others who have not gone down the leadership route, have chosen to be high performing consultants earning in excess of **£70,000 per year.**

You will be supported by a highly experienced management team and will have access to our brilliant admin, support and marketing functions. You could realistically expect to earn around **£35,000 - £40,000** as on target earnings in your first year (made up of basic and commission) with the opportunity to increase thissignificantly year on year as you progress, master your markets and **make your mark** Our top earners are reaching 6 figure OTEs.
