We are delighted to be recruiting for a growing and leading organisation in the Darlington area for a People & Culture Co-ordinator.
Working within their People & Culture team you’ll provide HR administration support and guidance to a variety of different departments including Commercial, Shared Services & wider networks.
Based from home and the Darlington site you’ll get involved in ensuring probationary reviews are conducted in a timely fashion, supporting managers with Return to Work interviews, recruitment coordination and new starter processes.
If you're an experienced HR Administrator / Coordinator this role is ideal as it will offer career progression into more of an Advisory level role over time.
You'll also have excellent communication skills combined with an engaging, pragmatic and highly commercial approach.
**What you’ll get in return**
The salary is up to £30,000, along with a holiday entitlement of 23 days per year rising to 25 after 5 years and a significant colleague discount scheme plus other benefits, There is also continuous support with your career development through both the organisation’s own and industry recognised training courses and qualifications. There is a hybrid working model in place whereby you will work from home two days per week and be office based for three days.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
