Join us as a People and Culture Co-Ordinator and you will be joining Europe’s leading Kitchen Specialist.
Within this role we can be flexible in terms of working hours.
This is a part time position of 19.5 hours per week.
**What you’ll be doing**
Joining our People and Culture team, you’ll provide a service to all our brands within Nobia UK by being the first point of contact for manager and colleague queries (covering payroll, fleet, reward, HR Advisory and T&D).
You will be involved in processing all new starter administration (including Immigration & eligibility to work check compliance), any changes to terms and conditions and manage the leaver process administration. You will also maintain records, salary deductions, processing car fines, and dealing with colleague enquiries.
Other aspects of your workload would include
- Supporting the team with individual casework
- Supporting Death in Service Administration, SAR requests and reference requests
- Managing P&C invoices and raising purchase orders for P&C invoices
- Working with the Benefits Manager and providing administration support on all Company benefits, including fleet
**What you’ll need**
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in Maths and English and preferably CIPD qualified or working towards it, you will have already gained experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment. Excellent planning and organisation skills are essential as is the ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines. You'll also need to combine good communication skills with a positive approach to customer service and be competent in the use of the main Microsoft Office packages and other HR systems.
