10-15 years of integrated campaign development, optimization, and trafficking experience
- 5-10 years of team building and leadership at a disruptive brand or agency
- 5+ years of entertainment, sports, retailer, or other partnership marketing experience
- Global experience (at least 3 regions)
- Experience in and understanding of campaign tagging and tracking solutions
- Ability to synthesize multiple messages into compelling creative strategies
- Must be able to ruthlessly prioritize and drive these priorities across teams with both direct and indirect influence
- String written and verbal communication to deliver your vision, plans, and ongoing updates
- Ability to look around corners, plan months in advance, and keep projects on time and budget

Our partnership marketing organization works across Amazon to bring our consumer service offerings, including Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited, Kindle, Alexa, and more, to hundreds of global partners across mobile operators, OEMs, retailers, banks, QSR and CPG brands, and more. We focus on business growth and value creation for customers, reaching customers around the globe through programmatic and unique marketing campaigns with partners.
We are looking for a marketing leader that is both creative and operationally minded. Someone who can understand opportunities and convert them into great creative that captivates customers. To generate customer interest, we also have to generate partner interest and usage of our great content, benefits, and branded campaigns. Your role as Head of Global Campaign Management will lead a small but mighty team to generate effective creative that you will distribute through the continued build of our best in class partner portal. You will manage a global campaign execution roadmap across product and creative managers, working across the globe with a team of expert partner marketing managers and business lead marketing managers across Prime, Prime Video, Gaming, and more. You will have the opportunity to both create campaigns that drive connection and tech solutions that enable usage and optimization.
You must have vision, an ability to manage and earn trust across multiple stakeholders (internal team, agencies, product teams). You will get to inspire and develop both senior and more junior team members as a core pillar of our global partner marketing organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Creation of campaign roadmaps and co-branded campaigns for use by 3rd party partners
- Development and management of a partner portal for campaign distribution and management
- Creation of tech solutions to improve tracking and optimization
- Hiring, growth, and leadership of a team with product and creative managers
- Leadership of internal and external agency resourcing
- Reporting on campaign usage and portal effectiveness and efficiency
- Development of new technologies to drive greater partner marketing collaboration and opportunity
- Internal collaboration and planning across multiple internal business marketing teams (ie. Prime, PV, Gaming, Alexa, Ring)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving and optimizing campaigns in-app and across social networks
- Creative agency experience
- Track record of delivering effective creative and building brands - content or entertainment creative is a bonus
- Creative or asset portal usage and management experience
- Fluency and understanding of multiple languages/cultures
