**THE JOB ROLE**

**As the Warehouse Supervisor**:

- Responsible for a team of FLT drivers.
- Stock control and stock management.
- Overseeing all loading & unloading of containers and trailers.
- Ensuring production lines are fully stocked.
- Reporting.
- Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
- Facilitate the movement of products from one destination to another, receiving products and coordinating deliveries, making sure warehouse levels are kept at optimal levels.
- Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles.
- Liaison with other departments to ensure any issues or problems within the process and/or materials are reported and dealt with in a timely manner.
- The opportunity to implement new policies and procedures.
- Involvement in recruitment of your own team.

**EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader or Manager role is ESSENTIAL.
- An in date or expired FLT license is ESSENTIAL.
- Knowledge of a WMS is highly beneficial.
- The role may require heavy lifting up to 25kgs at times.
- Use of handheld scanners is essential.
- Knowledge of a weigh bridge operation is beneficial.
- You will be hard working and committed.

**THE PACKAGE**
- A salary up to £29k per annum.
- Hours - 4 on 4 off days and nights rotating.
- Permanent role.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
