We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to an additional £3.00 per hour:
Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am = extra £1.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm = extra £2.00 per hour
Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am = extra £3.00 per hour
We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.
**On top of your salary you can** **earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).**

**About the Role**
Working hands on across all operational food and beverage departments, including Clocktower Brasserie, 3 AA Rosette Horto Restaurant, Spa café by day and Fine Dining restaurant by night, and our Meeting and Events department. You will be fully immersed into the culture and business of Rudding Park and truly experience the industry from the ground up.
You will receive one to one mentor with regular feedback as well as monthly graduate trainee team meetings.
Completion of department objectives and a practical assignment aligned to the Food and Beverage placement time.
During the year all graduate food and beverage trainees complete a Management and Leadership Course, run by Dale Carnegie.
This is a 12 - 18 month fixed term contract, working 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7.
**About You**
Demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for Hospitality and the Food and Beverage industry.
To be eligible for the Graduate Trainee Programme, you must have:
- Graduated from a college, university or hotel school within the last year
- Bachelor's degree or higher level education (associate's degree acceptable for Culinary only)
- Proficiency in written & spoken English
Must hold a UK/EU passport and/or be eligible to work in the UK
Previous experience in a hospitality or guest facing role would be preferred but not essential. This programme can be tailored to your current level of experience, passion and appetite to take on responsibility and ownership.
