This is an exciting opportunity to lead their expansion internationally through an acquisition and integration growth strategy and lead wider operational responsibilities beyond finance, unlocking its growth potential.

As CFO, you will have broad strategic and operational management responsibilities including preparing insightful performance analysis and professionalise the finance function. Take full responsibility of cash flow for the business, compliance, reporting to debt providers, and commercial management. Ready to roll up sleeves and take a hands-on approach whilst having strong leadership and communication skills to foster robust relationships with the Board, PE firm, and debt providers.
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA).
- Track record as a successful Chief Financial Officer in a PE-backed or leveraged environment
- Involvement with M&A (acquisition and integration) and debt
- Experience working for an international business and cost management in manufacturing and or related.
