Accounts Administrator Book Keeper

An accounts administrator position is available in a quiet office. Hours and days are potentially flexible, most likely 3 days per week. Pay variable depending on experience and tasks taken on.
Accounts to include but not limited to:
- Process Purchase orders In House
- Process supplier invoices and monthly payrun
- Raise customers monthly invoices and track payments
- Respond to incoming supplier and customer account queries
- Small Monthly bank rec
- Managing company credit cards
- Some tasks linked to the monthly payroll processing
- General Financial administration
Administration to include but not limited to:
- Electronic filing of documents
- Assisting with recruitment paperwork
You will need to be:
- Experienced in Purchase Ledger and Accounts Payable
- An excellent organiser
- Have good communication skills
- Able to work to and meet deadlines
