We are currently looking to recruit a **Sales Administrator** to establish and maintain efficient relationships with both customers and suppliers on a daily basis.

**What does the role involve?**
As **Sales Administrator,** you will be required to provide general office support for the team and provide excellent customer service to all customers. Regularly engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a range of queries includingPOD’s, stock levels, quotes and sharing samples to the sales team and external customers. A key element of this role will be to handle guarantee and warranty requests from customers, this will include logging and following up on sales.
- To be well organised and efficient in order to manage merchandise, promotions and price lists in line with the suppliers and sales team
- To have good data accuracy and attention to detail with good level of numeracy and IT skills
- Previous internal sales support experience, purchasing / sales order processing experience would be desirable, as would GCSE Mathematics and English
