**Hyde is looking to recruit a Repairs Scheduling Team Leader.**

As a Repairs Scheduling Team Leader at Hyde, you will be working within our Property Services team, overseeing the Property Maintenance Scheduling Team to deliver an efficient, high-performing scheduling function that supports excellent customer service and operational delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach and develop the Property Maintenance Scheduling Team to ensure service excellence
- Manage operative workloads to meet KPI targets and maximise productivity, efficiency, and commercial performance
- Oversee the daily scheduling and reallocation of works across repairs and maintenance operatives
- Monitor WIP (Work in Progress), using data and reports to identify trends and drive performance improvements
- Collaborate closely with Trade Supervisors, Customer Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless service
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through effective leadership, system use, and data insights

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Proven experience in managing a scheduling function, ideally within property maintenance or repairs
- Strong understanding of housing repairs and maintenance - this is essential
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
- Knowledge of scheduling systems and reporting tools
- Experience working to KPIs and driving service improvements
- TMC knowledge desirable
