Administration Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide professional and confidential administration service within the Chief Executive Office based at Beamish Museum.
As the administration assistant, you will manage tasks connected with the office, including minute taking, producing documents, drafting letters, meeting agenda’s, filing, updating logs and assisting with the organisation of special visits.
The successful person will be visitor focused and will be driven to deliver a first class administrative service, with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude.
This contract is for 22½ hours per week, ideally worked over 3 days (fixed term 6 months).

**Salary**: £19,839.00 per year
