**Is this role right for me?**

The main purpose of the role is to be the champion of the portfolio. Ensuring your product range has the required focus, resource and commitment from the business. Developing and delivering plans that improve the growth and profitability of the range. Playsan integral role in influencing & delivering to the target portfolio strategy and act as deputy to line manager when required
- Portfolio audit and analysis
- Portfolio Marketing Mix Improvements
- Product Benchmarking
- Product House of Quality
- Product Specification and packaging
- Third party Product and System Verification
- Project management and new product introduction

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Professional marketing qualification (CIM or equiv.)
- 4Ps planning
- Leadership of cross functional teams
- Proven portfolio management - launching and delisting
- Marketing analysis
- Meets the requirements of the Company Competency Matrix
- Influencing
- Planning and analysis
- Project management
- Delivery of solutions
- Resilience in the face of obstacles
- Manufacturing understanding
