The Product Manager will be responsible for strengthening the foundation of our long-term product enablement strategy. Demonstrating value through a focus on customer experience.

This role closely aligns with sales, communications and technical functions to translate market insight and research into category/product strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.

With a focus on Zero Carbon and Sustainability, this role will define and deliver profitable solutions for product introductions, customer led range proposals and go to market strategy; in order to maximise performance, market share and build brand equity.

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**
- Likely to hold the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in Marketing or similar professional qualification.
- Experience working in category and product management (5+ years)
- Experience working at a strategic level and managing category P&L
- Track record of delivering successful NPD projects through managing cross functional project teams
- Ability to combine various disciplines from marketing, sales, sourcing to deliver product strategies
- Practiced in delivering go to market strategies to maximise product performance
- Track record of developing actionable recommendations from consumer insight
- Knowledge of the construction industry is important but not essential
