Your role

To meet and exceed business objectives through delivery of a quality service, which complies with procedures and audit controls.

What you'll be doing

Administer all departmental tasks as required in a complete, efficient and productive manner, planning and organising own work as required. Maintain current database and provide accurate management information on request. Deal with all queries within established best practice and department procedures, referring for assistance when required. Contribute to service delivery levels by providing guidance to others and informing the decision making processes wherever possible. Build and develop positive relationships with all internal and external colleagues, suppliers and clients.

Produce, quality check and despatch cards via postal/courier options with accompanying paperwork, maintaining meticulous accuracy in line with Service Levels. Record daily card/post despatch figures on relevant spreadsheets and websites. Actively identify opportunities to improve service levels and propose solutions to enhance process efficiencies.

Excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated energetic Team Player. Positive disposition. Flexible, willing to work overtime.

Previous experience packaging/dispatching goods with high level of attention to detail/accuracy. Exposure to Royal Mail postal despatch (including website) and courier delivery websites.

Good understanding of excel spreadsheets.

Previous customer service experience preferred.
