KITCHEN ASSISTANT (Central Production Kitchen)
Job Description and Summary - Rate of pay: up to £10.91 per hour (£8.91+tronc)
As a Tonkotsu Kitchen Assistant you are the person who supports the CPK kitchen team with the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment and assisting with food preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- High quality and consistent food preparation
- Ensure the Health and Safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived
- Monitor quality and availability of products and service provided
- Hit agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), which include;
- Health, Safety and Hygiene results (Surefoot/EHO)
- Operational Checks
- Ensure all security procedures are adhered to
- Complete all necessary documentation to company standard
- Live and breathe the four Values
