We are currently looking for a passionate **Kitchen Assistant**, to join our **Kitchen team** on a **permanent **basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a **Kitchen Assistant **your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

- Ensuring all kitchen areas clean & ensure food is stored correctly.
- Prepare cold kitchen food items as instructed by the Larder Chef.
- Ensure the menu is correct and available on a daily basis along with allergen information.
- Food preparation in line with the weekly forecasted menu.
- Food safety/fire training/manual handling.
- Ensures food control
- ordering-storing.
- Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the departments SOP and in line with company red star standards
- You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
