**JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Attend hiring manager vacancy briefing calls to discuss vacancy details and to discuss & plan the “next steps” in the recruitment process.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand current and upcoming recruitment requirements.
- Identify and implement creative approaches to attracting talent.
- Prepare statistical reporting of recruitment MI.
- Build strong relationships across the company to ensure a collaborative approach to recruitment becomes embedded.
- Ensure internal approval processes are followed and support and guide management with these processes.
- Establish and develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies to assist them in the attraction of talent for the business.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager, to develop strategies for employer branding across social media platforms
- Perform administrative tasks relating to the successful delivery of recruitment for the business.
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties to support talent acquisition, and the wider People Team or business.
**KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**:
- Ability to deliver direct recruitment solutions.
- Experienced in posting and managing vacancies on external job boards and social media platforms
- Previous experience of using LinkedIn for all aspects of recruitment
- Daily management of an ATS system
- Working within wider people team to ensure vacancy requirements and priorities are accurately identified.
- Ensuring efficient and proactive recruitment practices are executed
- Compiling and analysing key recruitment metrics through the ATS reporting capabilities
