Are you an experienced Streetworks Co-ordinator? Do you want to stay at the forefront of the Fibre Revolution?
FullFibre is recruiting for an experienced Streetworks Co-ordinator who can play an important role in the future delivery of our business. You will be responsible from start to finish for the full permitting, of all fibre highway works (for both existing PIA works and new dig) and compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA) and Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA).

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Raise and submit Opening Permits, Stop Permits, Extension Requests and Reinstatement details for works on the public highway as required.
- Liaise with local authorities, operations and third parties to arrange suspensions, road closures and Portable traffic lights
- Manage NRSWA general charges.
- Monitor and identify streetworks compliance, and performance risk in relation to Section 74, Fixed Penalty Notice and challenge & resolve any FPNs
- Coordinate defects, permits, and notices in accordance with NRSWA using Street Manager
- Liaise with the highway authority
- Raise daily Reports and Work Orders to support the wider teams
- Maintain timely and accurate inputting and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated.
- Ensure compliance with all elements of street works legislation through effective management of permits and other documents
- Support the development of processes, workflows, and efficiency improvements
**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:
- Previous knowledge in NRSWA/TMA/ Using Street Manager or similar role
- Previous experience within a Street works/Noticing environment
- Understanding of Traffic Management
- Understanding of Permitting Processes.
- Understanding of Section 74, Fixed Penalties ad Defects
- Ability to liaise and maintain good relationships with local authorities and 3rd parties.
- Good organisational, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively, accurately, and methodically under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Conscientious and willing to learn and develop
