A position has arisen for a hybrid working administrator within the HR department of a highly regarded healthcare organisation situated within Norfolk. The position is a 3 month+ temporary contract with full time hours.

**Location**: Norfolk

**Contract**: 3 months+

**Salary**:£11.75 per hour plus holiday

**Hours**: 37.5, Monday to Friday

**Your duties will include the following**:

- Providing HR support to the HR Operations team
- Administering the agenda for change process, arranging panels and provide appropriate support and documentation
- Providing timely reminders to the HR team in areas such as appraisals, mandatory training compliance
- Providing other general support to the HR Operations team as required
- Uploading documents and records to the system when necessary
- Completing HR audits, chasing and updating training, probations and appraisals records
- Collating data/information and other general HR duties
- Excellent communications skills including writing, data entry and telephone etiquette
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and to their own initiative
- The ability to problem solve
- The skills to maintain links with team members when off site and keep them updated as appropriate
- Some experience of taking formal minutes

This role is ideally suited to an experienced administrator who is looking to hone their skills in a renowned health organisation
