Our client are an award winning contractor accountancy who are currently growing their sales department, they’re looking for someone with strong sales experience to join their team on a permanent basis as a New Business Consultant. This isn’t a call centre-basedrole, this position sits within a close-knit team with low staff turnover where the top performers within the role are quoting 15 warm leads per day and regularly exceeding targets.

**The Role**
- Following up on warm leads to build rapport with customers, to encourage them to use the payroll services the business provides
- Promoting the benefits of the business in comparison to competitors
- Generating referrals in order to maximise sales potential with new customers
- Going the extra mile when speaking to clients to win more business
- Working to achievable KPI’s
- Has proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
- Can work effectively to achievable independent and team targets
- Can effectively objection handle
- Able to prioritise tasks accordingly
- Is familiar with working to set targets and is driven by financial incentives
- Knowledge of recruitment agencies and financial sales experience (highly desirable but not essential)

**Salary + Benefits**
The business knows it's hard for good salespeople to leave their current roles as they may not earn commission for up to 3 months after joining a new business, so to attract the best talent, they guarantee commission until the individual is confident in theirnew role.Base salary is £20k plus a guaranteed additional £1k per month in commission, until you're ready to move over to the uncapped commission scheme (in most cases this is after 2-3 months).

Average take home earnings in year 1 are around £40k, but this isuncapped so completely up to the individual.
