Due to the promotion of our most recent **Sales Consultant**, we’re looking to add two enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to our team, based in the centre of Altrincham.

**Location**: Altrincham, Greater Manchester (Town centre office, excellent transport links)

**Salary**: up to £25,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + Uncapped bonus (1st year realistic OTE £35,000)

**Job Type**: Full Time / Permanent

**Hours**: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Thu) // 5.00pm finish on a Friday

**Sales Consultant - **The Role:
Our Sales team fuel the growth of our business. They drive us forward. They are the industry experts who guide our clients when they need recruitment advice. Although some previous experience in sales would be handy for this, it is not an essential requirementas we’re very good at training. It is most important that you are confident, friendly and eager to learn.

First, we’ll show you how to identify target businesses that are likely to have a requirement for one of our solutions. Then we’ll show you the different ways that we approach these businesses, to give you the confidence to be able to do it yourself. We’repatient and won’t expect you to run before you can walk.

Of course, this does mean you’ll need to be comfortable with the idea of having lots of conversations over the telephone. Although this can be daunting if you’ve never done it before, it’s a very important skill to learn in any career and we’re very goodat teaching you how to master it.

**Sales Consultant** -** Key Responsibilities:

- After your training, you will identify and introduce yourself to key decision makers within businesses, understanding their unique recruitment challenges and assessing whether they have a requirement for our support.
- You’ll create a proposal introducing the ‘right’ solution that will add the most value for the customer, clearly outlining the benefits to them and keeping in touch with the customer to close the deal.
- Liaise with our Client Success team to ensure the customer is onboarded effectively and their expectations met.

**Sales Consultant** -** Skills & Experience Required:

- We know it’s an old cliché, but people really do buy from people, so the most important thing for this role is that you’re positive, confident, and well spoken. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- It will certainly help you to adjust if you have a minimum of 12 months experience in a telephone based role, or any experience of recruitment, but this is not necessary.
