The Talent Crowd and recruiting Senior Residential Support Workers to provide support to vulnerable children that have Emotional and Behavioural Disorder (EBD) within a residential living setting.
In addition to this you will work a rolling rota of 2 days on then 3 days off. Shift patterns are 08:00-23:00 Sleepover into 08:00-23:00 then 3 days off and repeat.
**Person specification**:
- You will need to have a minimum of six months UK paid healthcare experience as a Senior Residential Support Worker
- The Talent Crowd will need to obtain professional employment references to cover a three-year period
- You **MUST HAVE** a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care in some relation too Children
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced environment as a team member and lone working
- You **MUST HAVE** a valid UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle.
- Due to specific requirements with these individuals we are looking for a Male Senior Residential Support Worker due to the specifications with the supported children.

**Client information**
You will work with an established Residential Support Working unit and be a part of a great team providing first class support to children less fortunate than others. You will be a role model in these individuals lives, over time you will build a relationshipwith them and you will really see the positive impact you have on their lives.
