I'm looking for a Strategic Partnerships Marketing Manager for a leading Multi-Channel Retailer to support their Head of Marketing with the strategic marketing programmes and initiatives that empowers their partnerships to maximise their potential. You willsupport the launch of new brands/partner launches across the globe facilitating effective launch activities and communications. Ultimate responsibility for growth of sales from this sector. You will have a great understanding of their values and their customersand be an excellent relationship builder internally and externally.
- Daily management of the day-to-day tasks necessary for the successful running of their Partnerships, pipeline and future collaborations
- Proactively monitor campaign performance with the partners, conducting analysis and facilitating the creation and syndication of regular updates and reporting to all levels of management on key metrics and objectives.Share learnings & use effective insightsto guide the partners growth.
- Work with the trading team to map & create a trading calendar for each partner.
- Develop and execute plans to drive brand awareness, LFL growth, increase footfall and improve conversion
- Consult with key stakeholders and rapidly assess Partnership needs to enable the delivery and execution of coordinated but partner specific marketing plans. You will be responsive to local market/channels needs to drive positive business outcomes.
- Ensure marketing plans are activated across all touchpoints in a true Omni channel approach that will drive brand awareness, LFL growth, increase footfall and improve conversion.
- Ensure the brands are represented across all touchpoints to the highest of standards and in line with the brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to develop, communicate and set priorities, effect change, manage expectations & risks through influence and partnerships, suggesting tactics and strategies to address any challenges, issues and opportunities.
- Prepare, produce and distribute required marketing assets to the appropriate markets. To manage the asset library to ensure partners have access to appropriate content, training, tools, and consumer facing materials to ensure effective and timely executionof activities for each partner.
- Manage and control the timelines and budgets for each partner.

Salary - £50K-£55K

The role will be based at their Head Office in Buckinghamshire, but some business travel and occasional weekend work may be required. You must hold a UK driving license with a minimum of 12 monthsdriving experience.
