By simplifying the 3PL search process, we help businesses enhance customer experiences, improve profit margins, and scale effectively. Using a smart algorithm and a curated network of verified 3PL providers, we deliver customised quotes instantly. Our platform offers a transparent, side‑by‑side comparison of costs, capabilities, and service levels, enabling businesses to find the perfect fulfilment partner. The Role As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels, while also leading our SEO strategy and building a highly measurable, data‑driven growth engine. You will work closely with the COO and CEO to grow qualified leads, improve funnel conversion, optimise spend efficiency, and help us scale our revenue targets month on month. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves experimentation, analytics, and performance. What You’ll Do Paid Acquisition (PPC & Paid Social) Own and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms Drive efficiency: continuously improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate Build a robust experimentation roadmap (A/B, creative, bidding strategies, funnel changes) Full‑Funnel Growth & Analytics Analyse and optimise performance across the full funnel (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Revenue) Build dashboards and reporting to track trends, performance and attribution Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, workflows, scoring and routing Use data to influence product and commercial strategy SEO & Content Performance Own SEO strategy: keyword research, technical audits, on‑page and off‑page optimisation Work with content team to create high‑ranking, high‑converting pages Ensure organic and paid search are working together efficiently Budget, Forecasting & Strategy Manage performance marketing budget with clear ROI accountability Forecast growth scenarios and monthly target models Recommend channel expansion and new growth levers What We’re Looking For 4–7+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) Strong across Meta and LinkedIn advertising Proven track record of driving B2B leads at scale Strong analytical skills: GA4, Looker/BI tools, attribution, testing Working SEO experience (technical + content + keyword strategy) Experience building full‑funnel optimisation workflows Comfortable owning large budgets and delivering measurable outcomes A builder: you enjoy experimenting, improving systems, and moving fast Bonus if you have Experience marketing to logistics, ecommerce or B2B SaaS Experience in marketplaces or multi‑side platforms What We Offer Competitive Salary (depending on experience) Performance bonus tied to marketing KPIs Meaningful stock options The chance to own performance marketing at a VC‑backed startup Work closely with an experienced leadership team and directly influence company direction #J-18808-Ljbffr
