A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our Odondo Team

**What does the job involve?**
- Troubleshooting software platform queries from customers
- Use of Zendesk, therefore previous experience using the platform is necessary
- Problem solving and having an inquisitive mindset
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining and offering first hand solutions and 1st line customer support
- Assessments will need to be passed in order to go live
- Experience with Helpdesk / Troubleshooting support roles
- Graduates with a degree in tech background
- Experience being first point of contact to customers
- 1st line CS Helpdesk and other CRM experience
- Call based Customer Service/Support Experience

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

- Helpdesk / Troubleshooting: 1 year (required)
- Zendesk / ticketing platform: 1 year (required)
