- We're looking for dedicated and passionate, customer focussed colleagues to join our 24/7, 365 days a year telephone-based team with variable rota shift patterns between 8.00am and midnight.

- Handling inbound calls from customers for a variety of queries-
- Dealing with multiple clients to deliver the best service we can offer-
- Working with suppliers and parts-
- Providing excellent customer service at all times- What are we looking for?- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment-
- Computer literature - you’ll be using a variety of in-house databases-
- Enthusiasm and a genuine desire to learn-
