Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new role? Or an Operational Manager who is looking to step up and take a Site Manager position? Would you be excited to build your team and set up a brand-new site?

If the answer is yes, read on - we are looking for a Site Manager to join our team for the customer who is proud to call themselves one of the world’s largest sustainable sports retailers.

The role will cover two sites, one in Northampton and another, soon opening in Wellingborough with frequent travel across the sites required. Working hours will include 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, but some flexibility will be required due to operationalneeds.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £47,000 per annum plus a bonus and a company car. In addition, we offer 33 days of holiday as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Lead and manage all warehouse related activities on both sites ensuring that customer service is achieved and continuously improved
- Ensure that KPIs are met and where possible exceeded, whilst supporting, implementing, and introducing innovative ideas and solutions to maximize profitability
- Proactive development of an effective relationship with our customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage budget preparation and P&L delivery for both sites
- Work closely with the team, spotting excellent talent and enabling development

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment and quick adaptation skills
- Experience in a start-up and rapidly growing operations logistics
- Previous experience in senior management operational role with multi-store operations
- Confidence in managing site budget including a deep understanding of P&L or cost center management
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to communicate with a large and diverse team
- CPC, IOSH, or CI training would be an advantage
