**The Role**

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy, enhancing customer experience, building brand awareness and delivering online sales growth.

**The Person**
The role calls for strong digital marketing experience gained within a dynamic, customer obsessed E-commerce business.
You will be a bright, enthusiastic, innovative team player, who excels at translating customer insight into deliverable and profitable digital marketing strategies.
Your broad experience will have included:

- Developing and implementing focused digital initiatives that drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention
- Enhancing the customer journey across all digital channels
- Working closely with the senior Team to continuously develop websites and associated digital marketing infrastructure to deliver maximum return on investment
