Ffolkes Offshore, an independent Ships Agency & Marine Support company, providing logistics services to the offshore maritime and energy industry, are looking to recruit an Aberdeen based Ships Agent to join our team.

This role will require you to be adaptable to changing shipping patterns, be pro-active, have strong communication skills and have previous experience in a customer facing role.

Key responsibilities include:
Actioning all vessel requests for equipment and supplies, raising and expediting customer purchase orders.

Input, retrieving and reporting of data.

Driving company vehicles safely to and from vessels with personnel/belongings and equipment.

Proactively assisting colleagues and undertaking ad hoc duties, as required.

Minimum Competencies:
Be customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities.

Ability to work alone, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while positively contributing to the wider team.

Motivated to achieve the highest standards of performance and customer support.

Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft suite.

Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
