Paid Media Executive

Max Web Solutions is on the lookout for a motivated and organised **Paid Ads Executive** to join our growing digital marketing team

We’re a creative digital agency based in Wallasey, offering web design, eCommerce, mobile apps, CRMs, SEO and digital marketing solutions. You’ll be part of a supportive team helping manage and improve paid ad campaigns across our client base and in-house projects.

This role is perfect for someone with some hands-on experience in paid advertising (even at internship or junior level) who’s eager to build on their skills and grow within a fast-paced digital agency environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the planning and delivery of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor ad performance and assist with optimising campaigns to improve click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend
- Help create ad copy and visuals in collaboration with our content and design teams
- Report on key metrics and provide insights on campaign performance
- Assist in setting up tracking and conversion tags using tools like Google Tag Manager
- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

**What We’re Looking For**
- Some experience working with digital ads (through a role, placement, or personal project)
- A basic understanding of platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good attention to detail and a keen interest in data and performance metrics
- Willingness to learn and grow your skills within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is a bonus
- Comfortable working across multiple client projects in a busy environment

**Desirable (But Not Essential)**
- Experience using Google Tag Manager or setting up ad tracking
- Any exposure to eCommerce or lead gen advertising
- Interest in SEO or organic social media marketing
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
