**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will assist in various aspects of food preparation, service, and hospitality within our establishment.

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, adhering to food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to guest inquiries.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down dining areas as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen facilities.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and high-quality service.
- Help with bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly.
- Uphold health and safety regulations in all aspects of food handling and service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or catering environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour
