We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our IT team for approximately 6 months. Supporting the International IT team through general administration assistance including accurate record keeping, facilitating meetings, preparing reports and regular communications to multi-level stakeholders.

With a keen eye for detail, you will also assist with trend analysis, pipeline planning, project activities and process improvements. You will assist in the day to day administration of an outsourced IT support service, and the relationship between our internal customers and our partners. Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Accurate logging of new projects/activities into the department including pre-approval checks against a defined set of requirements and providing feedback.
- Recording status updates on current projects/activities from multiple sources, prepare and share stakeholder reports with scorecard analysis. Raising of concerns or issues via appropriate channels and chasing any missing or delayed updates.
- PMO admin activities - action & issue tracking
- Meeting support - agenda prep, invites, minutes & follow-ups.
- Analysis of SLA’s - comparison of data between sets to validate alignment / highlight differences.
- Process improvements - create standard templates, re-work existing templates and content into a consistent format. Look for better workflow opportunities.

We're looking for a great multi-tasker, with a keen interest in project management. To be successful you will need:

- Previous experience of co-ordinating service support for a team and delivering administrative duties
- Confidence working independently, identifying issues, problem solving and implementing a solution
- To demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, evident in the process improvements you’ve delivered.
- Advanced skills and experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience of Microsoft Teams would be an advantage
- Confidence in creating graphs and producing management information reports
- Strong analytical skills, confident in using and interpreting data
- Attention to detail and accuracy in presenting data
- Resourcefulness, confidence, with good communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with key stakeholders
- To be highly organised - keep plans on track and make decisions
- Proven abilities to prioritise workloads and multi-task - able to work to tight deadlines.
- To be a proactive self-starter whilst being a strong team member
