**The Role**

We are looking for a motivated and professional Insurance Account Handler to look after our existing clients. All Med Pro is a specialist professional insurance broker to the healthcare sector that is expanding and looking to recruit an experienced Account Handler. Our business has gone from strength to strength and we’re proud to say our customers come back to us to renew their policies time and time again. Your main responsibility will be to retain and look after our existing client base whilst delivering outstanding customer service.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in an Insurance Account Handler role.
- Experience of retaining clients and servicing clients throughout their policy life cycle.
- Experience of building rapport with clients and building a positive working relationship.
- Experience of developing, maintaining and cultivating a constructive and professional relationship with insurers.
- Educated to GCSE standard including Maths and English
- Excellent computer skills with good working knowledge of all standard Microsoft programs, especially excel
- Experience of working to high standards of FCA compliance
- Willingness to work towards CII Certificate of Insurance with support provided by the company
- A positive, optimistic attitude

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
