Known for their family-like atmosphere, this team places great emphasis on collaboration, team morale, and mutual support. It's not your typical corporate office, the environment is relaxed, personable, and even dog-friendly - with a long-standing team and a leadership group that genuinely cares about its people.This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and service a portfolio of high-value farm and estate clients, with premiums typically ranging from £50,000 to £300,000. The successful candidate will handle a diverse mix of risks including agriculture, commercial property, management liability, events, and high-net-worth. They will analyse policies to identify opportunities for improved coverage and value, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, primarily from the office, with occasional in-person meetings. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, and the Senior Account Handler will work closely with other account handlers, underwriters, and colleagues to deliver an exceptional level of service.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of agricultural risks and experience managing complex, high-premium accounts..
