Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team working at RNLI College, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1HZ

You will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring all cleaning tasks are delegated and completed, placing orders, cleaning accommodation and offices on site. You will be cleaning to a high standard, ensuring all tasks are complete in good time and all equipment is stored safely.

**What we offer**:

- This is a full time position, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekends. Shifts range between 7am - 5pm.
- The annual salary is £26,000.

**A day in the life of a Cleaning Supervisor**:

- Cleaning offices, toilets and amenity areas
- Assisting the Cleaning Manager with Stock Take, Ordering and Team Management
- Engaging with guests and team to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable stay
- Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a very high standard
- Assisting with Hr tasks such as Team Meetings, Appraisals, One to ones etc.
- Maintaining all housekeeping equipment in good working order and maintaining adequate record as required
- Assisting another departments if applicable
- Assisting with the Weekly rota and payroll reconciliation.
- Conducting cleaning audits across the site
- Able to effectively manage a team and be a team player
