About The Role Days of Working: Monday to Friday – 3:30pm to 8pm Key Responsibilities Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that client specifications/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to. Provide weekly/monthly stock orders. Carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards meet the required specification. Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client representatives, promoting the Company and development of services. Assist with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team. Ideal Candidate Right to work in the UK. Experience working in a cleaning environment. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisational methods and troubleshooting.
