**Opening hours are Mon, Wed, Thurs 1p.m. to 9p.m. Fri, Sat, Bank Holidays 9.00 a.m to 9.pm, Sundays 9.00am to 5.00pm, so hours will be within this time frame according to bookings**

Initially this position is on a zero hour contract but once you are trained and have successfully completed the probation period, regular hours will be guaranteed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this family run, award winning Escape Room venture which has been operating for three years. As a Games Master you will aid in creating the exciting high-end experience for the guests.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Greeting guests, explaining the rules, including listing health & safety and fire information, introducing the chosen room.
- Setting up the rooms prior to the activity ensuring they are ready and working for the next group.
- Managing the game experience, which will include providing support to the teams in the form of clues and assistance, ensuring players are safe and keeping to the rules, providing a fun experience.
- Presenting the debrief, giving time cards, taking photos, adding photos to our Social Media platforms, any general observations and answering any questions after the games are played.
- Marketing including assisting with social media adverts, promoting the Escape Rooms where instructed, leaflet distribution, trade shows as requested.
- Help with prop repairs or assisting in the making/installation of new props where possible.
- General housekeeping duties including cleaning and sanitising rooms and communal areas, assisting other members of the team.

The Games Master must be flexible, have a full understanding of the activities and provide an excellent customer service. Team work is very important and so you must be a team player but also confident to work on your own.

This is an energetic position with the potential for long term employment with a competitive salary. You will be required to work weekends. Experience of working with groups of people, within the entertainment/hospitality industry would be advantageous.

Full training will be given but you will be on limited hours until you are confident on a least one room. Part of the interview will be to play the room and then watch a play to understand what is involved.
