**Salary**: 13.08 per hour

**Contract**: Part-time, 11.30 -1.30 Monday - Friday

Masterclass are working along side a fabulous SEN school in the Crowborough area who desire an upbeat person to join their team.

**The Role**:
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing students during lunch breaks and ensuring that they adhere to school rules and behaviour expectations. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supervising students in the dining area, playground, and other designated areas during lunchtime.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting respect and cooperation among students.
- Assisting students with their lunch trays, ensuring that they have access to nutritious meals and snacks.
- Responding to any incidents or disputes calmly and effectively and reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff members.
- Organizing and supervising activities and games to keep students engaged and entertained during lunch breaks.
- Liaising with teaching staff and other lunchtime supervisors to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to behaviour management and student supervision.

**Must have**:

- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding students and young people
