We are seeking Home Care Assistants to join our team. We provide care for older people who need assistance to live independently in their own homes.

You’ll be caring for an elderly couple in their own home, supporting them in all sorts of ways. From taking them out and about, to doing the weekly shop, from medication support to personal and dementia care, it’s all similar to what you’d expect to provide for your own family and loved ones.

This can include companionship, taking clients out and about, medication support, personal care and specialist care for diseases such as dementia. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care by exceptional people.

Radfield Home Care Newcastle upon Tyne provides the highest standards of care to you in your own home.

We specialise in providing exceptional home care for older people, with medication and dementia care services that are second to none. The Newcastle Upon Tyne office was established in 2020 by husband and wife team, Andrew and Clare Richardson, who together, wanted to establish high-quality home care services in Newcastle, for older people living at home.

Radfield Home Care prides itself on being a very responsive service offering companionship, care and wellbeing services, enriching lives and enabling independence at home. We use the latest technology solutions to feed information straight back to the office and to family members, so any issues can be dealt with immediately. We invest heavily in supporting, supervising and training our care professionals so that our clients and their relatives can rest assured that our carers will provide the support they need in a professional and respectful manner.

We ensure that our care professionals who provide exceptional home care stay the full amount of time with you, so their travel time is not taken out of your visit time.

We also welcome applicants with no experience with the right attitude as we will provide full on going training to all new staff. Applicants must have access to their own car and be available to work alternate weekends.
