Around Noon is currently looking for a Positive & Friendly person to join our Customer Service Team based in Newry, Co. Down.

**Job description**:

- Answering inbound calls and providing information to clients
- Making outbound calls where required
- Capturing and processing customer orders
- Respond & deal with customer queries
- Liaise with all departments within the business
- Reception cover

**Person specifications**:

- Excellent Communication Skills
- IT skills to include Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word desirable but not essential
- Accurate data entry skills
- Positive & motivated person with a real desire to grow with the company
- 1 years’ experience in Customer Service desirable but not essential
- Graduates are welcome to apply.

**Hours to include**:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, rotational Saturday’s 9:00 - 12:30pm & Sundays 9am - 16:00pm. This is a rotational and done with 1months notice in advance.

Salary up to £22,250 - £24,000 per annum based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
