We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Client Solutions Executive to help scale our growing advertising business. The CSE is a key member of the CS Team, working with sales, product, and other business partners to analyse and improve Agency advertisers’ performance on TikTok, in support of their marketing initiatives. They will work with our unique data and translate it into high-quality and actionable insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of advertiser campaigns and unlock business opportunities. Day to day, their activities include analysing metrics of success for a business or category, developing data-driven insights and recommendations for C-suite client leadership, and communicating recommendations in a clear and compelling fashion.
We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated CSE to help scale our growing advertising business. Our clients come to us for smart, effective ad solutions. Collaboration is at the heart of the role; you will be supporting colleagues in Sales and Client Solutions in educating and informing clients about our innovations and best practices on TikTok Ads.
Work closely with Client Solutions managers to provide ongoing support and analysis of TikTok’s auction platform and auction-based tools for clients
Monitor and analyse ad campaigns, to identify optimisation opportunities for improving and scaling performance, as well as reporting where necessary
Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams, supporting the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners
Aid the team in educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately helping to grow existing business partnerships, helping the team to manage relationships with clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners)
- Demonstrated experience in account management/Performance Marketing roles in digital marketing.
- Tangible experience of executing on a biddable network.
- Experience managing branding advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges.
- Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Results oriented with high attention to detail and very organised.
Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking.
- Fluency with visualisation tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to create interactive, user-friendly and compelling dashboards and reports is a plus.
- Comfortable presenting complex analysis in a simple, easy to digest way to C-suite level stakeholders.
