**Hours**:37 hours p/w**

**Salary**:£22,649 - £25,394 (pro rata)**

**Contract**:6-month Fixed Term**

Rosies Social Enterprises is part of the charity Turning Point Scotland. We provide vocational training, support and work experience for people who have mental health issues and those who have an acquired brain injury. We operate as professional businesses and our trading activities provide income which supplements the funding that is provided through our commissioners.

As the Lead Cook Project Co-ordinator, you will be required to run the kitchen; working alongside, supporting and motivating, our service users to produce fresh food, prepared daily onsite using good quality ingredients, to serve to our customers, both in the Café, and to take away.

In this role, you will support our service users return to mainstream employment after a period of ill health; boosting their confidence and self-esteem by teaching new on-the-job skills and building structure and routine. You will provide service users with practical support and encourage them to achieve their own personal outcomes.
