As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project. Fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Providing requirements across the functions to plan and monitor activities to support and execute effectively.
- Working to own initiate to chase query and deal with multiple contacts within the business to ensure timely outcome.
- Taking ownership of all Coordinator activities within Project execution to ensure our products and services meet business and customer requirements.
- Sharing clarity of all required scope and deliverables.
- Being compliant and aligned with competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer requirements.
- Supporting the Project Manager in monitoring KPI's to analyse and measure performance to assist with improvements and action plans.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- BSc or Accredited College qualification in Engineering Services.
- Have proven experience in Project execution within Oil & Gas industry. Ideally within Manufacturing environment.
- Have experience using Oracle or similar system, an advantage
- Show experience of collaboration and motivating teams within an operational and matrix environment.
- Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Have excellent written, reporting and presentation skills.
