**Project Officer**:
**The Role**:
This operational and execution role will support the strategic implementation and delivery of a pipeline of 250+ active and future ENTHUSE partnerships.

You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to execute and optimise processes relating to the delivery of existing Enthuse Partnerships, the set-up of new Partnerships and the rationalisation of underperforming Partnerships.

You will have the end-to-end operational oversight of the health of each of the active programmes and review quality assurance and chase termly payments. Use honed project management skills to ensure up-to-date and completeness of project documentation and systems.

You will be proactive in identifying gaps in the different processes which make up the partnership model and suggest improved ways of working while being sensitive to the programme objectives and mindful of driving engagements back to NSLC ensuring the financial sustainability of the programme.

In line with future developments, you will support the rollout of a new app. by providing testing support and ensure the data sources are complete and fit for purpose.

With a strong project, administrative and operational mindset, you will play a key role in the execution, delivery and iterative improvements of a flagship programme.

This role will suit someone with an aspiration to identify opportunities for change, clearly articulate the benefits of change and who can take a project from start to finish.
