**Administrator - Spider**is supporting a well-established international company that specialises in the development, production, and marketing of yeasts and bacteria and they are looking for a **Business Administrator** to be based at their Felixstowe site. The purpose of this key role within the company is to own a variety of administrative systems and processes within the sales order and financial processes. The ideal **Business Administrator** will be responsible for the placement of orders for all necessary materials needed for yeast production at the Felixstowe plant and follow-up orders with vendors as required. In addition, the role holderwill own a number of central business administration responsibilities for the Felixstowe site. Key responsibilities: - Preparing purchase orders and obtaining approval from the Purchasing Manager as required. - Obtaining purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders, monitoring the timely income of supplies to the plant, and chasing as required. - Monitoring pallet deliveries in and out and maintaining records - Maintaining and publishing lists of raw material deliveries to site - Obtaining and maintaining necessary documentation from suppliers for audit purposes - Reviewing month end report of all sales orders, to ensure that invoicing can take place - Owning and having accountability for a number of central business admin tasks for the site - Confirming palletised goods delivery against customer orders and initiating invoicing process Their ideal **Business Administrator** will have excellent IT skills, experience in and knowledge of purchasing systems and processes, ideally also some finance processes. You will have an effective communication and influencing skills, witha proven ability to influence across a wide range of stakeholders. As well as attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy skills you have will the ability to prioritise effectively and remain focused on these priorities. Most importantly you will be resultsfocused with a "can do" attitude and self-starter with the ability to work off own initiative whilst still be a collaborative team player. You will be flexible, adaptable, and willing to embrace change.
