**Duties and Responsibilities**

Daily
- Liaising with 3PL and sending daily customer order dispatch files
- Coordinating between sub-contracted engineers and key customers to ensure efficient progress of customer projects
- Receiving and processing the sub-contracted engineers’ invoices and invoicing the customers
- Receiving and processing customer purchase orders and Issuing quotes
- Verifying orders, including customers' information, payment details and proof of deliveries
- Operations system housekeeping, maintaining, and updating sales and customer records.
- Supporting sales team and finance accounts with standard queries
- Preparing export documents for EU and international customers

Monthly
- Liaising internally to ensure all key customers’ compliance documents are up to date
- Assisting finance with month-end tasks
- Reconciliation & entering of company credit card expenses

As and when required
- Ad-hoc tasks, such as documents scanning and filing, samples & small orders dispatch etc.
- Providing holiday cover and support the other team members with administrative tasks

**Job requirements**
- Ability to multi-task whilst still able to deliver strong accuracy and speed.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role is preferred
- Able to manage workload proactively and thoroughly
- Familiarity with Excel spreadsheet including basic formula knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to learn key products’ functions and key customers’ order process. Full customers, products and system training will be provided
