Job Introduction

We are looking for a Clinical Skills Trainer to join our organisation which is focused on professional growth and development, whilst ensuring you feel valued each and every day?
As a bank Clinical Skills Trainer within The Learning Enterprise, the education and training arm of HCRG Care Group, you’ll join a team who are focused on delivering evidence-based education through training, coaching and inspiring excellence to really make our service users and staff feel the difference.
Main Responsibilities
You will be home based primarily but will be required to travel to deliver training.
You will have experience in delivering training along with a training / teaching qualification. This position would suit a person from several backgrounds including Paramedic, Nurse or Fire Service who has working knowledge of statutory and mandatory training. This may suit individuals who are setting out on a second career or would like to support our NHS frontline colleagues with training compliance to ensure patients stay safe.
